Some customers are experiencing repeat orders in the Customer Portal which appears as though orders have been duplicated. Our system has caught a bug, but it is only reading and displaying orders twice in the Portal. We apologize for this inconvenience and can assure you that orders are not duplicated in production, invoicing, etc.
We are in the process of fully revamping the Roper Customer Portal with an entirely new system. With that, we will not be fixing the glitch in the current system.
